Together with PANOPRIMA VILLAS we are trying to attract valuable visitors to Aegialia and who are not interested only for a simple stay for a few days, but they want a complete holiday package, in a comfortable and hospitable accommodation, combined with many parallel activities (some of which are offered by our modern and fast boats).

Our main and common goal is for the coastal and mountainous Aegialia to be an autonomous and final tourist destination and not to be a simple transit point for the Ionian Islands and the rest of western Greece.

So, this kind of stay is offered by the 2 amazing villas PANORAMA VILLA & PRIMAVERA VILLA, which are built one above the other, but completely independent from each other, each with a separate entrance and with the possibility of hosting Panorama up to 10 people and Primavera up to 6 people.

In case there is a group of 3-4 families, they can rent together the 2 villas, then all their spaces are unified and communicate with each other through a large internal wooden staircase, so the total accommodation is up to 16+1 people in very comfortable spaces.

1) Large swimming pool, with gradually increasing depth and with many sunbeds and umbrellas for all 16 guests in total.

2) Large garden of 4 sq.m. surrounding the 2 villas and having many corridors and alleys, also suitable for walking and jogging.

3) Tennis / basketball court in a beautiful area with artificial grass surrounded by pine trees and the rest of the garden. Under the big plane tree there is a large movable ping pong table, whilst for all sports there are balls of all sizes and related rackets.

4) A beautiful BBQ area with lots of lights and sockets and a powerful motor for 4 spits, with a rustic oven next to a large outdoor dining area.

5) Large vegetable garden, with different plants depending on the season (summer / winter), which everything that ripens can be cut by the children of the guests for their organic salads. Many aromatic plants and healing herbs with instructions (Greek & English), which the guests can collect them and use them for their winter infusions.
