Trizonia is a small island in Corinthian Gulf and the only inhabited island among the islands of the Corinthian gulf. Along with the nearby islets Prasoudi, Planemi and Agios Ioannis comprise a small group of islands. It is located in the north coasts of Corinthian gulf opposite the villages Glyfada and Chania of Phocis prefecture. Its area is 2.5 square kilometers and its population is 64 inhabitants according to 2011 census. The island belongs to Dorida municipality in Phocis regional unit.

Trizonia Trizonia is a settlement and island, the largest of the Corinthian gulf, and the only inhabited one. In Trizonia, the traditional local color and natural beauty of the island has been preserved, while the movement of wheeled vehicles (cars, motorbikes) is prohibited. There are three beaches, the largest of which is known for its reddish sand, and is located at Pounta, 2 km southeast of the port. Two more small beaches called Aspra Halikia and Kapsales are located on the south and west side respectively of the island, facing the Peloponnese.

The beautiful natural harbor of the island is a haven for boats and sailboats, while it is easily accessible by boat from the settlement of Chania, which is 276 km from Athens, 25 km from Nafpaktos, and 50 km from Patras. The visitor can enjoy fresh fish all year round in traditional taverns and restaurants, as well as coffee and drinks according to his preferences!
